Project Management
Using the latest project management technology and the Critical Task Method, KEAN offers unparalleled access and transparency to you, your team and your contractors.
Our project management services focus on disciplined scope, schedule and budget development and execution, providing you with the project life cycle piece of mind and final approval to ensure your project outcomes are met. As a vendor-neutral third-party, you can rely on us to perform the project due diligence required for you to decide on the technology, equipment and material vendors and contractors that best meet your project parameters.
Construction Management
Our construction management services are intended to bolt-on to our Project Management services to ensure smooth execution phase implementation of scope, schedule and budget deployment plans and associated controls. We apply best practice contractor management techniques, Owner specific site safety and environmental management plans and project specific risk mitigation plans to deliver the project expectation to the field.
Annual Outage Management
Our Annual Outage (“AO”) Management services are intended to take the load off your organization to allow deployment of your experienced resources to other areas of your operation. As a projectized organization we play the role of a temporary SME employee, to develop scope, schedule and budget for next year’s AO Contracted inspection and repair work scopes. We utilize the inspection results from the previous AO to help you develop budgets for the next AO and further refine these scopes and expectations to and through execution.
During the AO, we provide contractor field coordination around the clock, along with regular status reports. With a focus on safety, scope, budget and schedule, KEAN can help ensure that your outage is getting your equipment and operations ready to perform optimally throughout the next year.
Training
KEAN has applied the expertise of its team to the development of a training curriculum, designed to bring proficiency to your team in the use of Microsoft Project. While there are numerous Microsoft Project online courses, KEAN brings a unique, focused manufacturing and capital planning approach to how to become effective in the use of this tool. The cornerstone of the KEAN training approach is hands-on practice to build muscle memory and attention to trouble-shooting methods to foster self-sufficiency for long term success of the attendees.
